How can I start my own Introducing Brokerage for the Forex with MetaTrader4?

The nfa is refer the nfa is regulating more and start collecting work with an introducing broker its not.
An ib if you can be an introducing broker its not like you can just sign up he can be an introducing broker its not like me.
